[🐛]: Feeding Upgrade eats all your food when you go down

Expected Behavior

Feeding upgrade gets disabled when the player is down. Or its impossible to eat when downed. Whatever is simpler.

Actual Behavior

Backpack feeding upgrade rapidly consumes all your food the second you get downed because the downed mod sets your hunger bar to 1/3. Effects all modes of the feeding upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Use the backpack feeding upgrade 2.Die 3.Cry 4.Be reminded that you should have automated food by now.

Well the quark tech helm does the same thing. Just faster. Much faster.

i find it more of a issue with the quarktech helm cuz it will eat all the food in your inv instantly
