Add **Chinese** language support

There are only Russian and English supported byTerosHDL now And it is not so convenient for Chinese developers. So would you plan to add Chinese language support? If so, I can offer some help on translation.

I'm sorry but I don't plan to support more languages. This is extra work that I cannot take on.
