The autocomplete suggestion does not work for unsaved files.

Describe the bug If you add a port or signal and don't save the file, you don't get the autocomplete suggestion. Is there any way to solve such a bug?

Please complete the following information:

  • OS: [Ubuntu 22.04]
  • VSCode version: [1.89.1]
  • TerosHDL: 5.0.12

This is an expected issue. I will change the parser in the future.
