VSG can read from standard input

Starting from the 3.18 version of VSG, it is possible to read a VHDL file from standard input, since this issue is finally closed. This should improve the responsiveness of the linter if VSG is selected as such. Clearly this is just a suggestion, and thank you for your hard work in this project!
