VHDL-LS never disables

Describe the bug With #326 occurring too much often, I tried to switch to Vivado (xvhdl) as linter, selected it in TerosHDL settings, restarted VSCode as suggested, but when starting it back again, the vhdl_ls.exe is started again and is still being used as linter (#326 still happens).

It's the same even when selecting Disabled as VHDL linter setting.

Versions:

  • OS: Windows10
  • VSCode version: 1.69.1
  • TerosHDL: v2.0.7
