Run all test from cocotb framework

Please add to runs list item "all tests" for run all tests. It shall has undefine variable "TESTCASE".

"If this variable is not defined cocotb discovers and executes all functions decorated with the [cocotb.test] decorator in the supplied [MODULE] list."
