additional arguments field for VSG settings

Hi @qarlosalberto , could you please additional arguments case for VSG as we might need to use the style for example, as I faced a problem that I want to have only indentation rules to be applied, and you can see here the reply from the owner of VSG: https://github.com/jeremiah-c-leary/vhdl-style-guide/issues/652#issuecomment-950937104
