Feature request: Possibility to enable/disable Linter or VSG on-the-fly, and possibility to ignore files/libraries from linting/VSG

Hi,

Sometimes the linter or VSG can be a bit annoying/confusing when they give you errors or indentation problems while you are coding. It would be nice if you could disable/enable them with a button just on the editor bar.

Also, it would be nice if you could tell TerosHDL to ignore from linting and VSG certain files or libraries, as we use for example external libraries that we can't/shouldn't modify, so it would be good if we could tell TerosHDL to ignore them so that we don't get those errors.
