"Potential Problem Found" popup

Describe the bug Playing very early game in Ad Astra Per Nucleon ( https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/ad-astra-per-nucleon ) and got a popup saying "Potential problem found!", which gave me https://paste.dimdev.org/amesiconad.mccrash this stack trace. No crash, but the popup said that this would likely cause issues with the world later, and identified LagGoggles and ICBM-Classic as likely culprits. I've submitted a bug to ICBM-Classic here: https://github.com/BuiltBrokenModding/ICBM-Classic/issues/356 . Hope this is helpful.

To Reproduce No idea, came out of the blue.

Please provide the early startup messages starting with [LagGoggles-Boot] Cannot find LagGoggles-Boot in my minecraft log
