Game does not start with the mod installed

Describe the bug Fresh install of Enigmatica 2 Expert modpack.

Add Lag googles and Tick central to the modpack and the game no longer starts, instead it crashes with seemingly enderio related problem, but removing lag googles from the mod pack fixes the problem.

To Reproduce Download E2E and add Lag googles to the modpack.

Similar problem but instead of crashing, all EnderIO machines stop working. Conduits stop doing what they are supposed to (Redstone conduit not transporting redstone signals, Energy conduits not transferring energy etc). Capacitors stop receiving and sending energy, internal buffer, current energy and "Max Input" and "Max Output" show as 0. Breaking any of them make the other conduits or capacitors not update their status, reloading the save make them update their status but still not work. here is my custom E2E for you to test, you probably don't give support to 1.12.2 anymore but as this looks like a critical bug, maybe you fix it. Great mod regardless!
