How to get back/unhide menu bar

I minimized or removed the menu bar consisting of File, View, Favorites, etc. Now I am not able to get it back as there is no icon or option to bring it back. Please suggest.

if you made a right click on the main zone, a contextual menu was display with "Show/Hide menu" option. Click on it and the main menu reappear.
