I've got a few dozen emails with that issue. It caused by a MacOSX bug. Re-adding to accessibility resolved the issue for all of them. You don't need to re-uninstall...

@MarkJerde looks like on Catalina they changed the behavior and it works for me, that's why I released the update. I need to see what can be done for older...
