Flycut does not work with Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘

I'm not sure how long it's been broken because I remember it working in the past, but Flycut does not paste when using language Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘. Both Dvorak and US work properly, but with Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘, the paste feature does not work with both the bezel and selecting from the menu (with preference Menu selection pastes active). Pressing the mapped hotkey (and the issue occurs for any hotkey) causes the bezel to pop up normally, and I can go through my clipboard, but letting go does not paste anything, so I have to press the regular paste hotkey to actually paste the selected item. Similarly, selecting the item I want to paste from the menu does nothing. Both of these interactions work properly when using the US or Dvorak keyboards.

Interestingly, I can temporarily mitigate the issue by switching my language to US, opening the flycut menu, and then switching back to Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘ language. Doing so allows me to paste normally when the bezel closes. However, if I open up the Flycut menu again, the issue returns and I cannot paste. NOTE - this does not work if I try switching from Dvorak to Dvorak - QWERTY ⌘.

Looking at https://keyboardchecker.com/ when I select from the menu, there seems to be a weird interaction happening with the . key. This is the actual location of the "v" letter on a Dvorak keyboard, so my guess is it's trying to paste with ⌘ + . instead of ⌘ + v.

Confirmed this interaction happens on multiple computers on both OSX 11.6 and 10.15.7 since at least Flycut v1.8

I use Dvorak - Qwerty CMD and it works flawlessly with SHIFT + CMD + V (Qwerty-V location). I use an external keyboard that has is in Dvorak layout, so I switch the Mac to US and it also works. Toggling between the two inputs has 0 affect on functionality for me.
