[Feature Request] Copy on select

Thank you for such great software! I'm long time Linux user switched to MacOS while ago but I still miss "copy-on-select" feature of X Window system.. iTerm2 is helping me a bit but I'd like to have it system wide. I'm not sure how well it fit the idea of project evolution but if it is then I have few links to use as a reference:
