issues with smaller devices

• [ ] With intro, the bottom buttons are cut off
• [ ] Update the initial help text in the editor to include long press
• [ ] add a 4th screen size for smaller phones
• [ ] New Screen Wizard - Editor gets cut off and shows overflow
• [ ] Can't edit the names of screens as it cuts off with the keyboard - make the server info collapsable
• [ ] Grid sizing is way too high for a lower end device, see about adapting grid based on device max sizes
• [ ] Various control editing screens are overflowed
