[Feature Request] Differentiate Action Targets from "Hard" Regular Targets

With the default UI, action targets do not have highlighting as strong as targets that are fixed by clicking or using Tab.

I'd like to see the ability to recreate that effect with Plater.

You can use the soft-target indicator or unitFrame.isSoftInteract to create your own mod for it. Right now I don't see the need. I will keep this open for the backlog, though.
