Segments Locked option has no effect
Before Start!
Make sure the bug also happen when Details! is the only addon enabled.

Describe the bug

Steps to Reproduce (what did you do to make the bug happen):
- Create two windows (referred to as window 1 and window 2)
- Make sure that "Segments Locked" option is selected
- Change the segment on window 1

Result (what happens when you follow the steps above):
- Segemnt on window 2 remains unchanged

Expected (what you think the expected behavior would be when following the steps):
- Segment on window 2 should change

When the bug started (a date, wow path release, details update, etc)?
- Cannot recall, but sometime in first half of 2020.

Lua Error None.
Screenshots Not necessary.
Combat Log Not necessary.
Other Information Not necessary.
Works flawlessly on my end. Both in a group and outside of a group.
Try resetting your addon
/details reinstall
I tried that. Even when I reinstalled Windows and WoW the issue persisted.
Are there any related settings that could be the source of this issue?
