Add nukedisks checkbox to installer

Under automatic partitioning, I should be able to blow away the disks.

It should look like:

Manual <--- radio button Automated <--- radio button

• nukedisks <--- checkbox dependent on radio button
• nukecontroller <--- checkbox dependent on radio button, forces nukedisks to be checked also
