Versioning boxes

A common theme from StackiFest was a desire to get an exact version of a installed node. It occurs to me that this is essentially asking for a version of a box. Can we provide a method to do this such that it points to the set of carts and pallets and their versions, and that is stamped on backend nodes.

Checkpoint a box -- deep copy of all pallets and carts associated with a box. Use hardlinks, not symbolic.

Record current box checkpoint/version on a backend node during installation.
