Describe the bug Presentation of component doesn't match design.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to localhost:4200
2. View user menu

Expected behavior

• Smaller icons are centered under avatar.
• Text of smaller icon list items align with text of avatar row.
• Secondary lines of text in the list use the "secondary" text color.
• Default sign out item has no icon (but should be capable of displaying one if need be).
