Executing First context menu action on right click

When I right click in the editor, sometimes it automatically executes the first action in the context menu. By default this is enter full screen, if you add another action this behavior is repeated. This is happening when I use trackpad to execute this action. It seems that trackpad is making the right click in the first action.

Maybe some workaround can be done to move the context menu a bit to the right of the clicked position.
