Editable Series ComicVine ID

Need to able to edit a series' CV ID. I think the only model type that should be editable should be a series. Once the series has a good CV ID, everything else is just metadata scraped from ComicVine.

ComicVine scraping flow:

1. When a user goes to edit it, a window pops up, with a list of the top 25 choices pulled from a ComicVine query.
2. Search box above that allows user to insert search term and pull those top 25.
3. Also give a box to enter in custom CV ID. (Allow ones with prefixes, and ones without) (Also test that it is in fact a series ID)
4. Update metadata of series.

The ComicVine ID for an issue is now editable. The flow in the original issue will be implemented in later updates.
