Please drop PostHog requirement

PostHog now requires OpenAI, Anthropic, GenAI and LangChain. That is a bit excessive just for telemetry, don't you think?

I will no longer maintain frog-ocr in the AUR as I must also maintain python-posthog. It's getting quite ridiculous.

Thats a shame, just found out about this project. But I fully agree, they should drop that.

Also the first installation on archlinux becomes quite long ~14minutes for the nested AUR requirements.
