can't download the pretrained model because of the data quota

when i use git clone ,i got the following error ' Smudge error: Error downloading pretrained_models/moco_inat_ep800.pth.tar (f79c30a101a2a00a345be46f1d61c20b4ce313ca46f9fd92d9deeb2c03524d10): batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access.'
