为什么需要

建议如何实现

  1. 检查命令 yum 是否存在，不存在跳过
  2. 检查当前环境是否已经安装对应的依赖库，已安装跳过（这个判断需要准确，待定，这里不直接安装的原因是考虑到一些机器 yum 拉取的时候比较慢，可能会超时）
  3. 执行 yum install compat-openssl10, 安装失败上报日志终止安装任务
