Can you add Access Control in bk-ci ?

What would you like to be added: I need to have a Jenkins-like user management feature in bk-ci Why is this needed: At present, anyone can execute it after it is built. It is a toy at all !

方便讲中文吗，之前在社区也有收到类似的简易帐号管理的诉求，这边会考虑在开源版上开放更多的帐号相关的接口
