How instructions in Reason-Edit and synthetic training set obtained

I want to know that how instructions in Reason-Edit and synthetic training set obtained. For example, the "Add a cat to the right of the cat" and "Replace the smaller cat with a rabbit" in figure 8 in the paper https://arxiv.org/pdf/2312.06739. Is these sentences manually annotated by human annotators?
