app.py file path is incorrect

Perhaps app.py was not originally in the PhotoMaker/gradio_demo directory, causing errors for the relative paths in lines 130 and 136. Additionally, is it permissible to only use RealVisXL_V3.0.safetensors from the RealVisXL_V3.0 folder? Currently, the combined size of all files in the RealVisXL_V3.0 folder is taking up too much disk space.
