Why don't they look very similar？

Try the demo, use image from github, https://huggingface.co/spaces/TencentARC/PhotoMaker ,but it didn't look very similar. Snipaste_2024-01-24_15-09-26

We really can't guarantee perfect ID consistency in some examples, especially on Asian faces.

Here are some suggestions:

  1. Use the input images which can typically represent the characteristics of the customized ID (Yang Mi in your case).
  2. Upload more photos of the person to be customized.

We are still working hard to improve. Please see this https://github.com/TencentARC/PhotoMaker/discussions/14 as a solution.
