Evaluation data list for GSO and Omni3D

Hi, thanks for the great work. I'm wondering if you could provide (1) the evaluation data list for GSO and Omni3D. (2) what's your rendering configuration? (3) For the camera setting, are the cameras always facing towards the sphere center? Thanks in advance for your help!
