Is there a way to save the output in layers

I would like to adjust the strength of the output of the BG upscale, is it possible to output both the upscaled background and the faces in their final positions as 2 separate layers?

so I can blend the original background with the ReaESRGAN upsampled background to make a balance between resolution and detail
