[Drawer] 补充DrawerPlugin以支持函数式调用

这个功能解决了什么问题

目前已经有了DialogPlugin 但是 DialogPlugin对于表单数据较小的情况是合适的；然而对于比较大的表单量等使用起来不太方便；而且使用Drawer 组件会觉得很疑惑？为啥要突然放置一个这个，这在整体上并没有体验。如果支持插件调用会减少很对变量，代码也会看起来整洁很多

你建议的方案是什么
