`qt5-location` fails to build when devel version of `rapidjson` installed (?)

Apparently qt5-location fails to build with devel version of rapidjson (basically master branch updated with a few weeks delay), while builds fine with released one: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/68508

I do not know whether the failure is specific to Macports and what range of systems are affected (I faced the issue on macOS Sonoma; my other testing system is macOS 10.6 ppc, which does not have Qt5).
