over memory when vulkan on ios （2gb limit）

mobilenet2 resenet50 over menory error when extract on vulkan on iphone xs（limit 2gb）

squeezenet use 500m on vulkan (cpu <100m)

is it ok? is there any way to reduce memory usage? thanks!
