feat: add svelte demo for cherry-markdown

添加svelte下使用cherry-markdown的demo, 通过左侧菜单栏可以选择查看api, 页面内置了代码编辑区和cherry-markdown实例,用户可以通过编写代码或直接操作markdown编辑器的方式体验cherry-markdown
