修复 CAgentMethodVoid<P1, P2, P3, P4> 构造函数签名存在P1、P2、P3、P4无用传入参数，导致导出代码无法编译通过， P1、P2、P3 、 P4 应该是在 Load 函数中处理， 而不是放在构造函数中。
