Android Studio Giraffe | 2022.3.1 Patch 2版本在agp8的环境下，通过libs.versions.toml的方式依赖无法通过编译，有没有升级agp8的计划呢？

错误信息： plugin id 'com.tencent.vasdolly:plugin' is invalid: Plugin id contains invalid char ':' (only ASCII alphanumeric characters, '.', '_' and '-' characters are valid)
