no results after executing "D:\>tscancode --xml funcTest.cpp 2>result.xml" in win10

Hi Friends, I install latest TscanCode version in my win10 machine and already configure environment variable, but the file "result.xml" is blank after executing "tscancode --xml funcTest.cpp 2>result.xml". please help.

It sounds like a permission issue, try running tscancode.exe with Administrator permission.

Is there any xml tags? Or the result.xml is completely empty
