WEBUI插件支持

更新重点：

1. 支持在stable-diffusion-webui中使用混元DiT模型进行文生图和图生图。
2. 可以使用webui风格的prompt，对特定元素的文本编码进行加权。
3. 尺寸、随机数种子、采样方法均可使用webui的交互界面完成设置。
4. 支持使用webui的模型筛选框，进行混元架构的DiT模型的加载，用户可选择微调后的社区模型进行使用。
