【需求】Jenkins插件支持Pipeline语法

使用场景：目前安装Jenkins插件后，希望和内部CI Jenkins平台通过Pipeline语法对接。 使用痛点：因不支持Pipeline语法，无法和内部CI平台自动对接，需要每一个JOB单独配置。
