Have the readme's screenshot and example match the code samples

I feel it's confusing to see the code samples showing one app, but the referenced screenshot picturing another.

Yea, I was trying to make the code sample more generic, but I do see how having more realistic examples like the demo would make more sense.

I'll take a pull request for this or when I have time update them.
