Pokemon number aliases

It might be nice to add an alias to each pokemon to allow it to be called by its number as well as its name. e.g. Bulbasaur could be :pokemon-001: and Chikorita could be :pokemon-152: Would you guys be happy if I raised a pull request for this?

Also, is there a reason why the gen-2 pokemon in pokemon-prefix.yaml are each assigned 3 times?
