I have a few requests...

"Free" icon - e.g. dollar sign in a circle with a slash through it (I realize this is based on USD but other monetary symbols could be added as well)

Restaurant (not too far off from what you currently have with the "city" buildings - possibly something that looks more "restaurant'ish" :-)

I have some graphs and charts. What were you looking for in terms of "statistics"? An example image will suffice.
I'll try and think of something creative for the "purchase non-trial app", nothing comes to mind at the moment.

I just committed new pixel perfect versions for the 5 graph.* icons (takes 7'ish minutes for the site to sync to preview there). I also added a appbar.currency.dollar.free icon.
Will add the other ones this week some time. You caught me in the middle of editing some other icons.
