Add SVG-Download

Added SVG download. When the download button is pressed both PNG and SVG files are downloaded. Uses https://github.com/gliffy/canvas2svg.

Tested on RM2. Unfortunately you can only export custom templates via Mail (not the App). In the App an Error "Unable to View Background" is displayed and the PDF contains a white background. This is a known issue when using custom templates in general.
