Add additional fan speed icons

• [x] I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• [x] I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

What would you use this icon for?

Mdi:fan-speed-1 through 3 were already made but I was hopeful more could be added, personally I need 4 and 5 but up to 9 would be good for future situations.

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

I tried to see if there were existing issues for this but I neglected to check through the closed options.

I would like to petition that since 2022 when the first request was made for more fan speeds that mini-split air conditioning/heating units have become very popular and a vast majority of the them have 5 fan speeds (TCL which oem’s for a dozen or so companies along with gree who oems for many as well including pioneer, etc).

I’ve been working on improving upon the TCL library for esphome as a custom component soon to be external component and it makes the UI kinda limited that I can’t use fan speed icons for 1-5. I had to resort to just numbers 1-5.

@mririgoyen I hope you can reconsider your position on not needing additional fan speeds. I understand through 9 is probably excessive but adding 4 and 5 would very much be helpful to me and other people who use mini-split units.
