Bullhorn Off variant
Before submitting a new icon request, please confirm the following:

What would you use this icon for?
I want to display a state where on is the current bullhorn icon and off would be the bullhorn icon with the strike-through like other off variants of icons.
Give us an example of what this icon might look like.
there is already a lot of "off" variants of icons in the collection. I'd like an "off" variant of the bullhorn icon in the same style.
I'd probably be a good idea to add the off variant to all 4 currently available bullhorn variants: bullhorn, bullhorn-outline, bullhorn-variant and bullhorn-variant-outline
Making the strike work is a bit tricky. The following designs preserve a bit of the bullhorn's right-bottom corner which I think is good for larger scales but looks as bit weird at native scale:

Default diagonal with 25.1px length, 0.5px moved down from the center (which I believe is the standard as well?)

I personally like the second option better but that is purely based on my personal taste and not on any design expertise.
