What would you use this icon for?

In Australia there are toilets designed for ambulant people, these are not fully wheelchair accessible, but have extra space, handrails, etc to support those who are not fully able-bodied. I would use such a symbol on plans and maps to indicate where such toilets are located. It could also be used to indicate patients, healthcare, etc.
