Door Alert icon and/or Door Lock Alert icon

What would you use this icon for?

I am proposing an icon to indicate an issue with a door. The icon would have an exclamation mark next the door on the closed ones, and one inside the door on the open one to indicate some issue with the door or lock.

Use cases could be:

• Door left unlocked
• Door left open
• Door lock not locking (I know there are lock specific icons, but I consolidated door status and lock control into a single control so the alert icon would be a great addition)

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

The icon would be of the same look/type as:

door door-closed door-closed-lock door-open

There would be an exclamation mark next the door on the closed ones, and one inside the door on the open one. If space is not enough on the door-closed-lock one, can it be superimposed?
