I don't think either of these work in their current form. The thermometer might need the clock up top. I'm not sure what to do with the thermostat one; it looks nothing like a thermostat with so much of the base icon covered up.

Tried thermometer with clock on top. Not sure if it is much better... We could also max out space to separate the two icons, but I would stay with the overlap: I agree with you on the thermostat one. It gets a bit better if we move the base icon a bit, but still... mdi.zip
