Can we create the 'sea-level-pressure' with an arrow up and down? I can see we using it as tide level up/ down too!

We actually just recently added waves-arrow-up, with the use case of evaporation. Let's add waves-arrow-down, with the use case of sea level pressure.

That being said, I wonder if we can do the same thing with weather-windy and arrows.
